ZC7 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ZC7 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing zc7.pro, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR or participating in any game or promotion on ZC7, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the ZC7 platform in any way. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all game categories available on ZC7 including but not limited to Casino, Slots, Slot Games, Fish Games and any sports or special event promotions run by the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

ZC7 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or play any game on ZC7. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

ZC7 may request age verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved. If it is established that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of ZC7 does not violate any laws applicable to you in your personal jurisdiction. ZC7 makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful where you are located.

• You must not have been previously banned from ZC7

3. Account Registration & Verification

To use ZC7 you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for keeping your account details, including your password, confidential. ZC7 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ZC7 account. Operating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses or payment details – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful information when registering. Name, contact details and payment information must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 KYC Verification

ZC7 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. ZC7 handles submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & PKR Payments

ZC7 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. These are the only supported deposit methods. ZC7 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in another person's name.

4.1 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your ZC7 PKR balance within a few minutes of the transaction being completed. Raast and Bank Transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable timeframe, contact ZC7 support with your transaction reference.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit in your ZC7 account. ZC7 reserves the right to update minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits made on ZC7 are final once confirmed. ZC7 does not accept responsibility for deposits made in error or through incorrect account details entered by the player. It is your responsibility to confirm all payment details before completing a deposit transaction.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

5.1 Withdrawal Verification

ZC7 may require KYC verification to be completed before processing your first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds. This is a standard process and is not unusual. Having your verification documents ready in advance will help avoid delays.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction . These limits are displayed in your ZC7 account at the time of requesting a withdrawal. VIP players benefit from higher withdrawal limits as part of their programme tier benefits. Standard withdrawal limits apply to accounts that have not yet reached VIP status.

5.3 Processing Times

ZC7 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank Transfer and Raast withdrawals follow standard banking timelines. VIP Gold, Platinum and Diamond tier players receive priority withdrawal processing ahead of the standard queue.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ZC7 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers and special event promotions tied to cricket seasons, PSL fixtures and other occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered in addition to these general Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on ZC7 carry wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is always stated clearly when the bonus is offered. Players are strongly encouraged to read bonus terms before claiming any offer.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated criteria for each specific offer. ZC7 reserves the right to decline a bonus claim or reverse a bonus award if it determines that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements, has engaged in bonus abuse or has violated these Terms in any way.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in bonus cancellation without notice.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially – is a serious breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

7. VIP Programme

The ZC7 VIP programme rewards players who play regularly on the platform. The programme runs across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Every PKR wagered across all game categories on ZC7 – including Slots, Casino, Fish Games and Slot Games – contributes to your VIP points total.

7.1 Tier Progression

VIP tier progression is based on cumulative PKR wagered within a defined programme period. The specific PKR thresholds required to reach each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform. ZC7 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds with reasonable advance notice to players.

7.2 VIP Benefits

7.3 VIP Programme Changes

8. Games & Fair Play

ZC7 offers a games library sourced from established game providers. 8.1 Game Availability

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session – including but not limited to disconnections, system errors or software faults – ZC7 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player's PKR balance. Winnings generated during a proven technical malfunction will not be honoured.

8.3 Responsible Play During Games

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZC7 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

ZC7 actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Where prohibited activity is detected, ZC7 may close the account immediately, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant parties where required by applicable guidelines.

10. Responsible Gaming

ZC7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming should remain a form of entertainment and should never place a player under financial stress or negatively impact their personal life. ZC7 provides the following responsible gaming tools which are accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. Once set, limits can only be lowered immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.

11. Account Termination

You may close your ZC7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered PKR payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing and verification requirements.

ZC7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued account operation presents a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, ZC7 may withhold funds pending investigation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZC7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: gaming losses, technical disruptions, delays in payment processing, or any indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

ZC7 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for any specific purpose. While ZC7 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform stability and payment processing reliability, no guarantees of continuous availability are made.

Your use of ZC7 is at your own risk. ZC7 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device compatibility problems or third-party payment provider delays that affect your ability to access or use the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

ZC7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ZC7 will notify players via a notice on the platform or via the contact details associated with their account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of ZC7 following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
